MISS VERMONT TEEN USA® 2017
Pageant Associates is excited to announce the winner of the 2017 MISS VERMONT TEEN USA® competitions. After a weekend that showcased the accomplishments and dedication of young women across the state of Vermont, Kelsey Golonka, age 17 of Montpelier was crowned MISS VERMONT TEEN USA® 2017. Kelsey will go on to represent the state of Vermont in the next round of competitions for the prestigious national MISS TEEN USA 2017 pageants.
The 2017 pageants were held in Stowe, VT, November 19-20, 2016. The Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center served as the venue for all pageant activities. Contestants were judged in three equal categories consisting of Personal Interview; Swimsuit for MISS and Active Wear for TEEN; and Evening Gown. The competitions shined a spotlight on some of the best, brightest and most accomplished young women throughout the state.
“The pageant brought together a group of amazingly talented, smart, confident, hard-working, kind and young women from every part of Vermont,” said Miss Golonka.“I am extremely proud that I’ve been crowned MISS VERMONT TEEN USA® 2017 and am excited for every step of this amazing journey and year ahead.”
Titleholders will travel throughout Vermont making appearances and acting as ambassadors of the state at a variety of charitable events, social functions and more. Crowned by Tammy Vujanovic, MISS VERMONT TEEN USA® 2016, Kelsey Golonka represented Vermont at the 2017 MISS TEEN USA® Pageant.

• Grace Manning, age 17 of Barre
• Bethany Garrow, age 18 of Rutland
• Emma Hoey, age 18 of North Reading
Kelsey was also named Miss Photogenic. Gabrielle Rooks, age 17 of Vernon was voted Miss Congeniality.
